Solar and Siding Projects are expected to be awarded by April 15th

 

Criteria for selection will not be solely based on cost. We'll also be looking at local companies, experience with commercial installations, flexible payment terrms and warranties.

 

Summary of Currently Open Projects (forms and backup docs below)

 

Solar Panel Grid-Tie

  • Approximately 50,000 kWh PV Annual Energy Production
  • Tie in to existing 480V 3-phase system
  • Flat rooftop install (see pics below)
  • roof is flat approximately 72' x 176'

 

Metal Siding (two walls)

  • Replace existing front and side wall cedar siding with 24/26 gauge metal
  • About 4200 square feet
  • Demo and disposal of existing cedar siding
  • Optional removal and reinstall of front signage and posts
